I first met the Harrises a year ago for the NHS's 60th birthday. I've photographed them several times since. They're always incredibly warm and welcoming. Their daughter Rosannah recently had a double cochlear implant which doctors will turn on gradually, allowing her to hear for the first time. This was my favourite frame from our meeting today, which I put on the top of the pile despite there being no hearing gadgetry in sight to spoon-feed the story.
