Brian is the current mayor. I see him at least once a week and he sighs with resignation whenever I turn up. Today he called me a tyrant, which I took as a compliment. He's a great sport though and loves indulging my photographic whims. He's also massively patient and is happy to pretend to inspect expensive precision engineering machinery while I go overboard setting up brollies and lights with coloured gels.
